The Split Triplet event at the Games was almost more of a mental challenge than anything else!
The pegboard and double unders you move right through, but the dumbbell movements took a lot of thought and coordination. To be honest, in the warm up area I was starting to get a little nervous because as I’d switch hands, I would occasionally step the wrong foot back, which would result in a no rep on the floor. I decided to take a second to get composed before that piece of the workout every round and I think it paid off.
Ps I was so glad we were able to use our @rpmtrainingco ropes this year! Can’t wait to test the new 4.0 soon!
