Loving Atom!!
Spent a couple years getting out of shape during the height of the pandemic but then Atom change the game for me! Even though I hadn't done much functional fitness before, Atom allowed me to scale down when needed or up when I was able. Been following the programming for almost a year now and can't envision a scenario in which I'd go back to the gym! The coaches a extremely knowledgeable and mix up the workouts. They keep things lively with a professional instruction and the occasional obscure movie quote or dad joke! The leaderboard keeps the motivation level high whether competing against friends or myself. 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend!

Best at home package on the market
This kit and company is an absolute God send. That’s not even an exaggeration. To be able to have high-quality workout equipment for an affordable cost at home is an absolute game changer. Such a blessing. Not only is their product quality top-of-the-line, but their customer service has been amazing. To anyone looking at this thinking it is too good to be true, it kind of is. I’m still waiting to wake up and realize there’s no way I got this much amazing equipment for this cost. Absolutely worth the investment!
