A pair of premium urethane dumbbells - the first of their kind, intentionally designed for functional fitness, fully sealed and element-resistant featuring a 28.5mm barbell-standard handle in armor black cerakote and a proprietary “Squircle" (square + circle) head design for dynamic instability and contact-point comfort, delivering better performance on functional movements like cleans, snatches, and thrusters.

NOTE: If using these dumbbells inside of the Atom GPP training program, the weight-to-level relationship is as follows:

20lb/7.5lb - L4 Beginner Male/Female
30lb/15lb - L3 Novice Male/Female
