    Unless otherwise stated, Orders will be processed within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Please be advised that pre-order and custom products require longer processing time. For engraved jump ropes, kindly allocate an additional 24 hours for processing. Other products may also entail additional processing time, which will be specified on their respective product pages. An email notification will be sent to you once your shipping label has been generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. During holidays, please allow an additional 5-10 days for processing. If it’s been more than a few business days and your order has not been processed please contact our customer service team at support@rpmtraining.com.

    We have expanded our international shipping destinations including but not limited to Europe, Australia, and Canada. To get a price quote on shipping you can go through the check out process and our system will generate the shipping rate before you have to input your credit card information. All shipments being sent to and from a country (outside the US) must clear customs first. This can cause delays in the shipping time of your order.

    Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Ordering and Billing Information

  • What payment methods can I use?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Affirm.

  • What if I sent my order to the wrong address?

    You may contact the shipping carrier to attempt to reroute the package to your new address using the tracking number that was provided with your shipment confirmation. If the package is returned to our headquarters, we can reship it to you at the new address. If the address mishap was user error, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

  • Can I make changes to an order?

    Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information, rope customization (including engraving), and adding items. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to stop your order from shipping. For assistance please email support@rpmtraining.com.

  • Can I use two promo codes at once?

    Only one offer may be redeemed at a time. No two promo codes may be combined at any time.

  • What is Atom?

    The world’s first complete at-home functional training experience.

    Atom is 1) a real functional training home gym, 2) a Daily Training (DT) program designed around your specific equipment kit , and 3) an immersive digital platform connecting the Atom global community.

  • Who is Atom for?

    Atom is for anyone willing to train to get the most out of life.

    We believe purposeful functional training is the best preparation for life’s adventures—for anyone.

    Atom’s workouts and equipment are adaptable to any fitness level or space.

  • How do I take an Atom class?

    Once you join Atom, you will receive a Daily Training (DT) session each weekday (5 per week, Monday through Friday) within the Atom interface.

    These classes are led by world-class coaches and are programmed by CrossFit legends Taz and Pat Barber.

    Each DT session will have a programming option for your particular kit, and an athlete performing the workout with that same kit. Each workout is also adaptable to your current fitness and skill level, ensuring that you can participate in every DT session.

    You can follow the entire 45 min to an hour-long class or jump around to specific elements (warm-up, skill overview, workout, cooldown, etc.) within our custom video interface using convenient queue points.

    You can access multiple programming tracks from within your Atom dashboard, including our Atom GPP program and Element, a dumbbell-only option.

  • What type of training/programming will I find in Atom?

    Atom GPP (General Physical Preparedness) is a functional training program designed to improve your capacity across all parameters of fitness—speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, power, coordination, and so on—in order to develop the confidence and capacity to live a full life.

    Element is our dumbbell-only programming track, a daily training option that’s perfect for beginners, road warriors, or athletes training in small spaces

  • What’s included in the different Atom equipment kits?

    The Axis Kit contains a plyobox, dumbbells (2), sandbag, kettlebell, and a Session4 jump rope, in addition to a full set of accessory pieces: a core mat, training mat, foam roller, myoball, and set of resistance bands.

    The Fly Kit contains everything in the Axis Kit plus a patent-pending adjustable or fixed pull-up bar and gymnastics rings.

    The Power Kit contains everything in the Fly Kit plus a barbell, bumper plates, and barbell collars.

  • How do I know what kit to buy?

    During the Atom onboarding, we’ll take you through a detailed assessment to make sure you get the best kit for your needs. Each kit is customizable to your individual needs and preferences, so you can modify individual pieces as needed at check-out. Go to Onboarding

  • What about affiliate programming?

    RPM has acquired Warm Up and Work Out (WUWO), the original affiliate programming business, founded by Pat and Taz Barber back in 2014.

    In April 2022, WUWO will become Atom Affiliate. Gyms will be able to join an affiliate tier of programming within the app, providing flexible integration within Atom for their members and special features like custom leaderboards and access to the Atom Affiliate coach development program.

  • When can I join Atom?

    Orders are open as of November 15, 2021. Equipment kits will ship within a 4 - 6 week window from the time of your order. Access to the Atom platform and programming will be available immediately from the time of purchase of a kit and/or membership.

    After placing an order for an Atom kit + membership, you will be able to access the Atom platform free of charge. Each kit purchase includes a 3-month free trial of Atom training. Once your Atom kit ships, your order will be marked as fulfilled and your card will be charged for your membership in the first billing cycle after your 3-month free trial ends.

  • Do I have to buy Atom gear to join Atom?

    No. You can follow the Atom programming with non-RPM equipment, though you may find yourself missing key pieces at the appropriate weights.

    Atom also includes the Element track, our go-anywhere dumbbell-only Daily Training program.

  • Is the Atom delivery platform an app?

    Atom is currently available as a browser-based platform, with a responsive web version suitable for mobile, tablet, and desktop, with IOS and Android apps following in early 2022.

  • Why do the Atom classes show cardio equipment like treadmills, air bikes, and rowers? Do I need to have this equipment to follow Atom?

    You do not need to own or purchase additional cardio equipment to follow the Atomic program (though we think there is value in adding these pieces over time!). Within Atom, you will always have the option to run or jump rope for the cardio element of your Daily Training, and every Atom equipment kit ships with our Session4 jump rope.

  • What if I’m physically incapable of performing specific movements in the Daily Training?

    All Atom workouts are infinitely scalable to any level of fitness and/or physical ability or limitation. The Atom coaches and app recommendations will provide a range of options to help you perform every workout at the appropriate weights and skill levels.

    If you have additional questions regarding the best way to modify your Atomic DT for your individual needs, please reach out to us! Please note that if you are currently injured or have medical concerns, we recommend that you follow the advice of your doctor.

  • How will my Atom equipment order be delivered?

    We offer two tiers of delivery service, which you can select at check-out. Please ensure your address and contact information is correct, as any changes or updates after the order will significantly delay the arrival of your kit!

    Standard:

    • Appointed delivery window. You will be contacted via the phone number you provided at the time of order to arrange the delivery.
    • Outside delivery to the threshold or main entrance of your residence or business.
    • Signature required.

     

    White Glove:

    • Appointed delivery window. You will be contacted via the phone number you provided at the time of order to arrange the delivery.
    • Inside delivery to the location or room of your choice.
    • Unpacking and debris removal service included.
    • Signature required.

    You will receive an email with instructions on how to track your order once it ships. Estimated shipping transit times are currently 7 - 10 business days from the date of shipment. Due to COVID-19 uncertainty, shipments can be delayed at any time, but the RPM team is working hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

    If you need to delay the delivery of your Atom product, please contact our support team ASAP. Once your product is shipped, we are unable to delay the delivery.

  • Can I cancel my Atom membership?

    Yes, you can cancel your Atom membership at any time by logging in to your RPM Training Account here https://rpmtraining.com/account where you can make the cancellation under Manage your Subscriptions.

  • Can I return an Atom equipment kit?

    All Atom Kits are Final Sale. However, individual pieces from your kit are covered by our warranty here.

Rope Questions

  • I’m a beginner, is this rope right for me?

    Yes! We're firm believers in learning on a rope that's similar in weight and speed to the one you’ll use long-term. In fact, the inherent speed of our ropes actually makes getting those first double unders easier than with any other rope on the market. That said, we do recommend sticking with the coated cable option (standard on Session and Sprint models)—our coated cables provide a bit more feedback in the handles, making it easier to develop your timing and rhythm, and also have the added durability to withstand the learning process.

  • What is the difference between the Session, Comp, Sprint, and Scout rope?

    The Session is our standard, best-selling speed rope, and is the model used for our Special Edition and custom ropes.. It ships with a coated cable. This is your everyday rope!

    The Comp is made for speed. It comes standard with a bare cable, and has a thicker knurling pattern on the handles to give you a bit more grip than the standard Session rope.

    Note: The internal components are the same for both Session and Comp models, and both ropes are compatible with bare and standard coated cables.

    The Sprint is a plastic handle rope that comes standard with our coated cable. This is the lightest rope in our lineup! The Sprint is perfect for the savvy shopper, and ideal for travel. For the ultra-light experience, add a bare cable to your handles!

    The Scout is our heaviest rope and comes standard with the Scout cable (which is only compatible with these handles!). Our Scout cable is a coated cable, coming in at two times the weight of our standard coated cable. The Scout cable is designed to work in perfect balance with our Scout handles to bring on intentional fatigue for an additional training stimulus!

  • Should I use a bare cable or a coated cable?

    There are a few factors to consider when deciding which cable option is best for you. If speed is your top priority, and you're an efficient jumper training indoors on rubber flooring (and you don't mind changing a cable a little more frequently), then the bare cable is perfect for you. However, if durability and versatility are your top priorities, and you'd prefer a longer span between cable replacements, then the coated cable is probably a better option for you. Also, while either option will accommodate any skill level, beginners often prefer the feedback that the coated cable provides for learning jump timing and rhythm, as well as the durability it offers to withstand the learning process.

  • What if my cable frays?

    Don't even sweat it! ...your rope is NOT broken! Our handles hold all the magic and technology and are virtually indestructible. The cables, while crazy fast, will need to be replaced occasionally. Luckily, this is cheap and easy to do right here on our site! It is also important to use cable cutters and not wire cutters. If the end of the cable is frayed on the initial cut then the set screw will not hold the cable in place and the cable will not last! We also recommend threading your cable all the way through to the other end of the head so it is flush. Leaving a "tail" out of the other side is not recommended as it can cause extra stress on the cable.

  • How long will my cable last?

    Many factors can impact the lifespan of your cable, including your jumping surface, sizing, jumping style, form and efficiency, frequency of use, etc. Some people will go over a year without replacing a cable and some will go through one every month or two. If you find you go through cables more quickly than you'd like, simply swap that bare cable out for a coated one and you'll be good to go. Whichever cable you prefer, both styles are easy to replace and can be found right here on our site in a variety of colors!

    If your cable only lasts a few jumping sessions, then the surface is most likely too coarse. We recommend adding a rubber mat or padding to the surface area where your cable hits the ground.

  • How long should my rope handles last?

    Our handles are virtually indestructible and come with a 5-year warranty. Here are some tips to help you keep them spinning:

    • Go easy on the chalk! Excess chalk can sometimes work its way into the bearings and dry them out.
    • If you do notice a decrease in performance, we recommend using compressed air to clear out any debris and spraying a small amount of WD-40 into the bottom (open end) of the handles.
    • IMPORTANT: Not all bearings are identical. This occasionally results in a slight variation in the duration of free spin between handles. This is NOT a defect. As long as both handles spin freely without noticeable resistance, your rope will perform as intended, which is to say… FAST.

  • Do sell offer replacement cables?

    Yes, we do! You can find them here. If you can do 30 or more unbroken double unders (and only jump on a padded surface), then typically the bare cable is a good fit! Our bare cables are very popular with our advanced users, but if you’re a beginner (or can’t always jump on a padded surface) we recommend selecting a coated cable for your handles, as they’re much more durable.

  • What is the supplied length of cable?
    All ropes come standard with a cable that is 12’ long, which is suitable for people up to 7 feet tall.
  • Do you have rope sizing recommendations?
    Yes, we do! You can find our sizing recommendations and instructional video here.
  • What comes with my rope purchase?

    When you purchase a new rope (Session, Comp, Sprint, Scout) you’ll receive the following:

    • Your speed rope (two handles along with the partnering cable)
    • A microfiber bag for easy storage and transport
    • A hex key and spare set screw
