The rope is fast!

It's really, really fast. I have been able to do dubs for several years but would get winded on larger sets. I did sets of 50 unbroken the other day in the wod while catching my breath. I'm aware the rope will need replacing, maybe a few times a year even with being used strictly on gym mats but let's face it, most people spend more at Starbucks than the price of a replacement cable.

Fast and furious!!

I got a pair for my brother and he is loving it so far.! I have been using mine for a while and like how fast the comp are, really helpful with my WODs especially AMRAPs
