The Iron Compass is the charitable initiative of RPM Training Co., with a mission to provide at-risk youth with fitness and mentorship opportunities through the functional training and outdoor/action sports communities.
We partner with like-minded organizations to give kids the chance to realize their own potential, develop resilience and confidence, and find a sense of belonging in a positive and healthy community.
Registrations for the 10k Challenge are the primary source of funds for the Iron Compass, but your additional donations make a tremendous difference! 100% of your donation goes to the Iron Compass and our charity partners.
