    • If you're a bare cable junkie 'cause you just flat out need that crazy speed, be sure and stick to rubber gym flooring and other similar smooth surfaces to help your cable last longer.
    • If you think you might end up on some concrete / dirt / sand / lava / or really anything besides smooth gym flooring, just be sure you're packin' a coated cable for all that adventure to help your cable get through the workout. But get back to that gym floor ASAP because any rough surface will chew up even a coated cable before long.
    • The cables may sting (a little) when it meets bare skin, so probably best not to jump barefoot... or naked for that matter.
    • Don't use the cable as a weapon... no, but seriously.

Amazing

Everything is high-quality, the spin feels good and the knurling feels so good. My only minor gripe is that the handles could be just a little bit more ergonomic. A shape like the RXSG EVO G2 or GO would be fantastic. I would make the angle near the bearing even more aggressive. On the GO it looks like 20 or 30 degrees, something like 60 or more would probably feel really good to hold. Just to make sure your index and thumb never come anywhere near the bearings.

Instant Improvement in my Double Unders

I love this jump rope! I didn't realize how much better I would perform in double unders until I got my RPM rope! I bought one for my husband too!
